Hi, I’m Tomek.
I’m a certified personal trainer, strength and conditioning specialist, and medical trainer with a degree in Strength and Conditioning from Buckinghamshire New University and a background in professional ice hockey. My experience as an athlete has given me unique insight into performance, recovery, and injury prevention.
After years of playing ice hockey professionally, I transitioned into coaching, focusing on helping others move pain-free, build strength, and achieve their fitness goals. Combining my education, professional courses, and practical experience, I deliver personalized, results-driven training tailored to each individual’s needs.

Tom is an excellent coach! He really helped me get my gym confidence back after a back injury and got me moving again! We worked together with my osteopath to make sure I was still exercising a but not putting any pressure on my injury. He showed me movements I could do on my own and keep moving in my own time.
